订货流程
从首次询盘到集装箱交付,简单透明的B2B订购流程。
1. 询盘
发送您的产品意向、目标规格和预计采购量。我们将在24小时内回复产品目录、价格区间和交货期。
2. 样品
申请A4尺寸样品或小样块。我们通过快递发货(DHL/FedEx/UPS)。样品费可在首单中抵扣。
3. 定制样板 / 打样
需要定制颜色或纹理?我们在批量生产前制作打样供您确认。大批量订单可能适用起订量。
4. 定金
确认采购订单并支付30%定金(T/T电汇)。我们将发送形式发票,包含确认规格、价格、包装和运输条款。
5. 生产
收到定金后开始生产。常规交货期15–35天,视产品和数量而定。每个阶段均有品质检验。
6. 发货与尾款
发货前支付尾款。我们安排FOB/CIF/DDP交货,并提供全套出口单证(产地证、提单、装箱单、发票)。
出口包装
托盘+PE膜缠绕+护角+拉伸膜,确保集装箱安全装载。

Formaldehyde Emission Test Report
Our melamine faced boards are tested according to GB/T 39600-2021 and meet ENF grade requirements (≤0.025 mg/m³ formaldehyde emission). Test reports are available upon request for each batch.
