How to Order

From first inquiry to container delivery — our straightforward B2B ordering process.

1. Inquiry

Send us your product interest, target specs, and estimated volume. We reply within 24 hours with catalog, price range, and lead time.

2. Sample

Request A4 samples or small sample boards. We ship by courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Sample cost refundable against first order.

3. Custom Sample / Strike-off

Need a custom color or texture? We produce strike-off samples for approval before bulk production. MOQ may apply.

4. Deposit

Confirm PO and pay 30% deposit by T/T. We issue Proforma Invoice with confirmed specs, pricing, packing, and shipping terms.

5. Production

Production starts after deposit receipt. Typical lead time: 15–35 days depending on product and quantity. QC inspection at each stage.

6. Shipment & Balance

Balance payment before shipment. We arrange FOB/CIF/DDP delivery with full export documentation (CO, BL, Packing List, Invoice).

Decorative boards: 1×20'GP container (mixed designs acceptable). Door skins: 2,000 pcs per design. Edge banding: 5,000 meters per color. Sample orders have no MOQ.

What are your standard panel sizes?

Standard: 1220×2440 mm (4×8 ft). Also available: 1220×2800 mm, 1525×3660 mm, and custom cut-to-size upon request.

What thicknesses do you offer?

Decorative boards: 2.5mm – 25mm. Door skins: 2.7mm – 4.2mm. Edge banding: 0.4mm – 3.0mm. Custom thickness available for volume orders.

What substrates are available?

MDF, Particle Board (chipboard), Plywood, HDF, OSB, and Multi-layer boards. We help you choose based on application and budget.

What surface finishes can you produce?

Matt, High Gloss (UV), Synchronized Texture, Soft Touch (skin feel), Super Matt, and Embossed. Custom finishes available for large orders.

What is your eco-grade / formaldehyde standard?

E1 and E0 grades available. CARB P2 and EPA TSCA Title VI compliant options. FSC-certified substrates available on request.

How do you pack for export?

Export pallets with PE film wrapping, corner protectors, and stretch film. Container loading optimized to maximize space and prevent damage.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T (Wire Transfer) — 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight available for large orders. Western Union for sample fees.

How long is the lead time?

Standard designs: 12–20 days. Custom designs / large orders: 25–40 days. Door skins: 20–30 days. We confirm exact lead time per order.

Can you do OEM / private label?

Yes. We produce under your brand with custom packaging, labels, and documentation. NDA available upon request.
