How to Order
From first inquiry to container delivery — our straightforward B2B ordering process.
1. Inquiry
Send us your product interest, target specs, and estimated volume. We reply within 24 hours with catalog, price range, and lead time.
2. Sample
Request A4 samples or small sample boards. We ship by courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Sample cost refundable against first order.
3. Custom Sample / Strike-off
Need a custom color or texture? We produce strike-off samples for approval before bulk production. MOQ may apply.
4. Deposit
Confirm PO and pay 30% deposit by T/T. We issue Proforma Invoice with confirmed specs, pricing, packing, and shipping terms.
5. Production
Production starts after deposit receipt. Typical lead time: 15–35 days depending on product and quantity. QC inspection at each stage.
6. Shipment & Balance
Balance payment before shipment. We arrange FOB/CIF/DDP delivery with full export documentation (CO, BL, Packing List, Invoice).
Export Packaging
Palletized with PE film, corner protectors, and stretch film for safe container loading.

Formaldehyde Emission Test Report
Our melamine faced boards are tested according to GB/T 39600-2021 and meet ENF grade requirements (≤0.025 mg/m³ formaldehyde emission). Test reports are available upon request for each batch.
